Here at PlumRus, we provide comfortable accommodation for independent older persons or couples within a secure and welcoming environment. Residents benefit from a strong sense of community, with Basic Care support available when needed.

Independent living flats are made available through a life-right loan agreement. Under this arrangement, the resident provides a loan to Goeie Hoop Behuisings Maatskappy, which enables access to secure housing along with a range of services and care options. A reduced monthly levy remains applicable. Should a resident pass away or choose to move out, the full loan amount is refunded to the resident’s estate or nominated bank account.
